Walk to Bay Village, which is the town center, with quaint shops and excellent restaurants and Fantasy Island which has a giant water slide, amusements and miniature golf.

A Marina is 2 blocks away from the house for watersports, boating, jetskiing and parasailing.

There are also designated biking and walking/running paths nearby.

One mile away you can visit Surflight Theatre and enjoy Broadway productions like "Cats",etc.

After the Theatre stop in at the Show Place Ice Cream Parlor and be served by the singing waitstaff, an Island tradition.

Outdoor concerts are held throughout the summer at Veterans Bicentennial Park directly across the street from the Surflight Theatre.

Also available in Beach Haven near the Yacht Club is a second floor unit of a duplex which is attractively furnished and very clean. (First floor is not a rental unit.  It is owner occupied.) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outside hot and cold shower, contemporary kitchen with cathedral ceiling, ceramic floors throughout, central air conditioning, wireless internet, two tv's, dvd player and washer/dryer. Beautiful view of ocean from deck and only 8 houses to the beach.  Large fenced in yard with gas barbecue grill and picnic table.  On-site parking for two cars.  There is a playground/park across the street from the property and a marina for boating activities a few blocks away.  Bay Village is a mile away.  Small pet friendly. 

Both houses are located on quiet streets away from traffic and noise, which makes for a very relaxing vacation on Long Beach Island.

Winter rentals are available for both locations.
