Bay Village is conveniently located to both houses. It is the town center for shopping with a variety of shops
and excellent restaurants. Fantasy Island is right next to Bay Village and offers a waterslide, amusements and miniature
golf for the children. Marinas are near both houses for boating, jet skiing and parasailing.

The Surflight Theatre
has many Broadway productions throughout the summer and is something that should not be missed. The Showplace
